Several years ago we experienced foundation problems on the west side of our home. Our insurance company contracted with a foundation company from Dallas. They installed leveling jacks in 5 locations along the west side- within a 2 year period we began to see evidence of cracks in our bricks. Over the next 18 months it became worse, I contacted that company and they did NOTHING to repair the problem despite our LIFETIME guarantee.
